By accessing or subscribing to KinetraLogic cloud tools, corporate clients and individual users agree to comply with all platform operational guidelines.

• SLA Guarantees: KinetraLogic maintains a targeted 99.9% uptime SLA for learning sandbox environments. Maintenance windows are broadcast 48 hours in advance.
• Intellectual Property: All course materials, code execution engine designs, and software tools remain sole proprietary property of KinetraLogic S.L.

3. Cookie Policy & Telemetry

KinetraLogic utilizes essential cookies to ensure secure session authentication and store local platform preferences (such as cookie consent markers via localStorage).

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

In accordance with European Union consumer law, digital learning subscriptions may be cancelled within 14 calendar days of initial purchase provided no significant course completion certificates have been issued or downloaded.

5. Jurisdiction & Disputes

These terms are governed and construed under the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with KinetraLogic services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Córdoba, Spain.
